Our 6-week Group Elements will introduce the CrossFit methodology in a safe and supportive group environment and will build a foundation for a healthier and fitter you. Consisting of three weekly training sessions, you and a group of fellow beginners will be led by our experienced coaching staff and taught the fundamentals of moving, eating, and feeling better. Each session will include a group warm-up, skill development, workout, and cool down. Registration for the Group Elements Course is $295.
