CrossFit

From $195/Month

Pearl District Fitness is a membership-based gym. In order to provide the best possible experience for all of our members, we require new members to go through our Elements Course or “Test Out” evaluation before joining. By doing so, we also hope to prepare new members for long-term success within our regular class structure.

Mobility and Recovery

Included with Membership

Our Mobility and Recovery class helps you restore range of motion, reduce pain, and recover faster through focused mobility work, joint prep, and myofascial release. Perfect for post-training recovery or easing everyday tension.

Olympic Weightlifting

Included with Membership

Our Olympic Weightlifting class helps you build strength, master technique, and develop power through focused work on the snatch, clean, and jerk. Whether you’re new to the lifts or refining for performance, this class builds confidence under the bar.

Bodyweight Conditioning

Included with Membership

Our Bodyweight Conditioning class helps you develop gymnastics skills through strength work, progressions, and technique drills. From pull-ups to handstands, you’ll build the control and confidence to move with power and precision.

Our programming is constantly varied and includes movements from the arenas of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. As a fitness program, our methods are universally scalable and can be utilized by anyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience.

Regardless of your experience, attending one of our classes will give you an idea of whether or not our coaching, community, and programming are what you are looking for.
