Bootcamp

Not quite ready to jump into CrossFit? Our Bootcamp classes are a great place to start. You’ll get a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movement designed to help you build confidence and improve your fitness in a supportive group setting.

Every class is fully coached, with movements scaled to your level. No experience needed—we’ll teach you proper form, make adjustments as needed, and guide you every step of the way.

Whether you’re getting back into a routine or trying something new, Bootcamp helps you move better, feel stronger, and build consistency from day one.

Our Bootcamp classes are one hour long and run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10am and 5pm.

Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and feel more confident with the barbell. You’ll focus on the snatch and clean & jerk while developing the skills that carry over into both lifting and CrossFit workouts.

Each session is coach-led and structured, with programming that supports all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your lifts, you’ll get clear guidance and plenty of time to practice.

You’ll build strength, improve movement quality, and gain confidence in a focused, small group setting.

Weightlifting classes typically run 75–90 minutes, giving you the time needed to train with purpose and intention.

Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. You don’t need to “get in shape” before coming in. Our program is designed to meet you where you are right now. Every workout can be scaled to your experience level, mobility, and fitness background. Many of our members started with little or no training experience. Your first step isn’t a workout — it’s a conversation so we can understand where you’re starting.

Absolutely.

All of our classes are coach led so we can adjust any workout to your ability level. We prioritize safety and we’ll do our best to make sure you have a great experience!

Your free trial class is a no-pressure opportunity to experience our gym.

During your visit, we’ll:

  • Taylor the workout of the day to your ability level
  • Learn about your goals
  • Talk through your experience level
  • Answer your questions
  • And if you’d like, explain next steps

There’s zero obligation to sign up. It’s simply a chance to see if we’re the right fit.

Pricing depends on the  frequency that you plan to attend. We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and built around long-term progress. Learn more on our pricing page.

For most people, 3–4 sessions per week is a great starting point. We’ll help you build a schedule that supports progress without burning you out. Consistency matters more than intensity.
That’s completely okay. We adjust movements and intensity based on your needs. Many of our members train around previous injuries or mobility restrictions. Your coach will work with you to modify workouts safely.
