Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. You don’t need to “get in shape” before coming in. Our program is designed to meet you where you are right now. Every workout can be scaled to your experience level, mobility, and fitness background. Many of our members started with little or no training experience. Your first step isn’t a workout — it’s a conversation so we can understand where you’re starting.
Absolutely. You won’t be thrown into an intense class on day one. We begin with a one-on-one intro session where we learn about your goals and walk you through what to expect. From there, we recommend the right starting point so you feel confident, not overwhelmed. Coaching and structure are part of everything we do.
Your free intro is a relaxed, no-pressure meeting with a coach. We’ll: Learn about your goals Talk through your experience level Answer your questions Explain how our programs work There’s no workout and no obligation. It’s simply a chance to see if we’re the right fit.
Pricing depends on the level of coaching and frequency that fits your goals. During your intro, we’ll walk you through the options and recommend what makes sense for you. We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and built around long-term progress — not gimmicks.
For most people, 3–4 sessions per week is a great starting point. We’ll help you build a schedule that supports progress without burning you out. Consistency matters more than intensity.
That’s completely okay. We adjust movements and intensity based on your needs. Many of our members train around previous injuries or mobility restrictions. Your coach will work with you to modify workouts safely.
