Coach Jane brings energy, grit, and a whole lot of heart to every class she leads. A lifelong athlete and competitive spirit, Jane discovered CrossFit in 2016 and instantly connected with the combination of intensity, community, and purpose. After years of personal transformation — both mentally and physically — she decided to turn her passion into a profession.
With a background in functional fitness and a sharp eye for movement, Jane’s coaching style is both encouraging and technically sharp. Whether you’re walking into your first class or chasing a new PR, Jane meets you where you’re at and helps you push past limits you didn’t know you had.
Outside the gym, you’ll probably find her hiking, trying new recipes, or chasing down her golden retriever, Scout.

Coach John is known for his no-excuses mindset and relentless focus on helping members unlock their full potential. A former collegiate athlete turned CrossFit competitor, John has been coaching since 2015 and thrives on seeing everyday people do extraordinary things — in and out of the gym.
His classes are high-energy, technique-driven, and full of purpose. Whether he’s breaking down a snatch or helping someone hit their first pull-up, John makes sure every athlete feels seen, supported, and challenged. He’s passionate about building not just stronger athletes, but stronger humans.
When he’s not on the floor coaching, John’s usually training hard, reading something mindset-related, or cooking up recovery meals that actually taste good.
