She was a competitive gymnast growing up as well as a modern dancer through college and professionally for several years after. She continually felt drawn towards the physical therapy profession and started PT school in 2017. This is when she began exploring the world of CrossFit and fell in love with it. Not only the movements and community, but also the values that CrossFit instills that so closely aligns with her values as a physical therapist. This led her to begin coaching CrossFit in 2020. She loves workouts with pull-ups or anything upside down.
