Growing up, he was a well-rounded athlete, competing in Cross Country, Basketball and Football. In 2010, he moved to Washington and decided Mukilteo would be his forever home.<\/p>\n<p data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\">Danny began CrossFit in 2012 and has never looked back! He loves weightlifting and workouts with lots of running. In his spare time, he also enjoys running races, triathlons and spending time with his three kids.<\/p>\n<p data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\">Danny is primarily a morning coach, so you&#8217;ll likely see him at 6am!
